Black Magic Sauce

With Tropical Escape Black Magic Sauce, we aim to deliver the magic of flavor! Our journey began on the island of Luzon, Philippines, home to Teresita Montano, the creator of Black Magic Sauce. Inspired by traditional recipes for grilling meats over an open wood fire, Teresita's passion for food blossomed when she left the Philippines in 1970 to travel to Vietnam, where she performed in her brother's band for American troops. It was there that she met her future husband, Roger Baldwin, and later made her way to the United States. Eventually, she opened four restaurants, all featuring her beloved Black Magic Sauce alongside authentic Filipino dishes. We sincerely hope you enjoy the sauce and the magical flavor it adds to meats, seafood, vegetables, stir-fry, grilling, and more!
